Personally, I use a foam roller daily. It’s as important to me as my lemon water or my morning kettle bell routine. It allows me to keep moving.

A little bit about myself
I’m not a personal trainer or a physio, but I am fitter then 95% of the North American population. How do I know this? I routinely finish in the top 5 percentile in races I run whether they’re fun ones like the tough mudder or more extreme challenges like a marathon. I’ve competed in Cross Fit and placed extremely well and we have to remember, we’re competing against guys that are Cross Fitters and marathoners. Which is a small portion (and some of the fittest) of the total population.
Chances are if you’re reading this you’re either fairly fit yourself or you’re on the road.
My intent isn’t to come off like a jerk, my goal is to hopefully help you understand that I live and breathe this stuff. Just because it’s not my day job doesn’t mean I don’t take it seriously.
